Fitness Friday: Treadmill Interval Workout

Hi everyone and happy Friday!                         

How happy are you that it is finally Friday?  This week for fitness Friday I am sharing an interval treadmill workout!

I am the first one to say that I hate running on the treadmill, but in the summer sometimes it is just too hot and humid (especially down here in the South) to be able to bear running outside.  When I do run on the treadmill I keep things entertaining by doing an interval workout.  Not only do interval workouts help alleviate the boredom of treadmill workouts, but they also give you a GREAT workout!  I always feel so great after I complete one of these.

The first half of this workout focuses on speed intervals, and the second half focuses on incline.  I can promise you one thing – this will definitely wear you out!  Of course you can modify this workout to any speeds which might be more suitable for you, but keep the structure of the workout in place!
